Guest XP AB, reg. no. 559545-9016 (“GuestXP”, “we”, “our”, “us”)
Last updated: 2026-09-18
To support delivery of our Services, GuestXP may engage and use sub-contractors and sub-processors. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the GuestXP Privacy Policy or superseding written agreement between Customer and GuestXP (the “Agreement”).
What is a sub-processor?
A sub-processor is a third party data processor who has or potentially will have access to certain Service Data (which may contain Personal Data). GuestXP refers to third parties that do not have access to or process Service Data but who are otherwise used to provide the Services as “sub-contractors” and not sub-processors.
Security and safeguards
GuestXP uses a commercially reasonable selection process including a vendor due diligence where we evaluate the security, privacy and confidentiality practices of proposed sub-processors that will or may have access to or process Service Data.
Further, GuestXP requires its sub-processors to satisfy equivalent obligations as those required from GuestXP (as a Data Processor) as set forth in GuestXP's Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”).
Sub-processors
GuestXP uses the following sub-processor to host Service Data and provide the infrastructure that supports the delivery of our Services:
| Entity name | Purpose | Corporate headquarters | Location of data processing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google LLC (Google Cloud Platform) | Cloud service provider, application hosting and data storage | USA | EU/EEA (Belgium) |
